What will this cost?

Cost for an introductory session is £25. This is a shorter session to enable us to meet one another and to explore your requirements.

Cost of counselling is £50 per session; Couples £70.

EAP and company counselling undertaken. Fees negotiated.

I offer Relaxation which includes teaching visualisation techniques to aid stress management.

Cost of Relaxation is £50 per session per person. There is a reduction in the charge for groups of more than three persons undertaking Relaxation sessions.
